What is Transitional NeuroRehabilitation?

Transitional Neurorehabilitation is a program that involves care at Tree of Life Services for several months (and sometimes longer) geared to clients whose goal is to reintegrate to home and to the community at large. The program provides functionally-oriented care using a holistic approach. A full complement of licensed onsite therapies, including neuropsychology and vocational services, are available. Our treatment approach encompasses the mind as well as the body and considers medical, social and psychological aspects of ABI on function and recovery. Our goal is to coordinate a gradual transition back to community living for our clients so that any issues potentially serving as obstacles may be addressed prior to formal discharge.
