Barbara Kellogg

Administrative Program Director

Ms Kellogg has 20 years of experience working with individuals with various physical and emotional challenges. Most recently, she was the Regional Director contracted with the New York State Department of Health Traumatic Brain Injury Program in Olean, NY. This program which provides community based services to survivors of brain injury was established in June of 1995. Ms. Kellogg developed her first program in January of 1996 and continued working as the Program Manager until 2002 when she was promoted to Regional Director for the area covering the Southern Tier of Western New York.

In July, 2008 Ms. Kellogg relocated to Virginia to fill the position of Administrative Program Director at TOLS. One of her most vital responsibilities, in conjunction with the therapy team, is the hiring, training, supervision and management of the Life Skills Therapists; the staff that provide 24 hour per day care to the residents at TOLS. Ms. Kellogg enhances the TOLS program with administrative skills as well as “hands on” treatment experience.
