Our Administrative Program Director (APD) is responsible for Human Resources (HR) and provides service and support to our employees to build a better Tree of Life Services. TOLS provides benefits administration, classification and compensation, recruitment and retention, training and development, employee relations and records management services. Our APD’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. We are available to assist all prospective and current employees for any HR-related questions and inquiries.
