Our Medical Director, Dr. Nathan Zasler, is an internationally respected specialist in the field of brain injury medicine and neurorehabilitation.
Individualized Programs
Our programs are individualized to meet the needs of each particular client and are billed on a per diem basis which includes Tree of Life Services physician and psychology services, therapy and nursing services, clinician led group therapies, and a variety of recreational activities provided both onsite and in community. There is no standard per diem as this charge is dictated by the functional and medical status of the patient and the medically necessary clinical services indicated at the time.
Vocational Services
Vocational and pre-vocational services are provided as relevant to a client’s level of function. Pre-vocational efforts start in the TOL program and will extend into the community as the client demonstrates readiness to do so. We currently work with outside vendors to provide job coaching and vocational rehabilitation services.
Upscale Home Environment
We provide a state of the art, upscale, home environment that is fully accessible with private bedrooms and fully accessible private bathrooms.
State of The Art Care
Tree of Life Services is one of only a few programs nationally that can provide high quality, state of the art care in a community based residential setting for both transitional and long term clients with ABI including those with medically complex problems. Our clinicians assess and treat those we serve with an open mind and hands on approach that takes into consideration the critical need for good differential diagnosis, as well as knowledge of current evidence based treatment techniques, and clinical prognostication. We provide that care at a significant cost savings relative to many other specialized brain injury placement options.
