Admissions Criteria
- Primary diagnosis of Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- 18 years of age or older
- Evaluated by Medical Director and Neuropsychologist, the latter as clinically indicated
- Medically stable as per Medical Director
- Behaviorally stable as per Medical Director and Neuropsychologist, the latter as relevant
- Discharge options identified prior to admission for transitional clients
Discharge Criteria
Any of the following alone or in combination will be grounds for consideration of discharge from the program:
- Determined by Medical Director, Neuropsychologist and/or Treatment Team to have met all identified goals
- All necessary training has been accomplished; all post discharge follow-up services have been scheduled as appropriate
- No longer medically stable as per Medical Director
- No longer behaviorally stable as per Medical Director, Neuropsychologist, and/or Consultant Neuropsychiatrist
- Determined by Medical Director, Neuropsychologist and/or Treatment Team as no longer benefiting from services
- Determined by Medical Director, Neuropsychologist and/or Treatment Team to not be actively participating in program services
