What is Long Term Supported Living?

Long Term Supported Living is designed for clients who reach a stable neurological and functional state but cannot return to independent community based living due to complex medial and/or neurobehavioral issues or personal/family issues. These clients are treated with an emphasis on maintaining neuromedical, neurocognitive and neurobehavioral stability and optimizing quality of life. Care is provided in the least restrictive environment possible with the goal of optimizing social interactions and opportunities, as well as, increasing community based activities. Services are provided in our residential settings, as well as, in the community. Costs are dependent on the client’s specific needs for staffing and ongoing care.
